What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"Pointed downhill on technical terrain, the Instinct stays composed without asking me to fight it through corners. Its steep seat tube keeps climbing efficient, and the suspension stays active enough on the way up that I'm not saving myself for the descent."Why We Like ItRocky Mountain overhauled the Instinct's geometry on this generation, slackening the head angle significantly from the previous version while steepening the seat tube to match. The result is a bike that handles more demanding terrain than the travel numbers suggest without giving up the climbing efficiency that makes a 140mm trail bike worth owning. Heads up!
