BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE THE HUNT BE OPEN AS A COMMUNITY ADVENTURE. This property is located just east of Greeley on the South Platte, nearly spitting distance from town! Not only does one of the best waterfowl rivers in the region run through it, but this property also boasts an alfalfa field to the North - perfect for plentiful waterfowl opportunities. The west side of River Bend currently does not have a blind, and we recommend using a layout or portable blind, building a brush blind on your own since there is plenty of cover to brush up. SPEEDING OVER 15mph ON PRIVATE ROADS WILL RESULT IN FINES.
