From Trident Fly Fishing
The Redington Factor Fly Reel is the successor to the long-running Redington Run and it fixes the one thing that reel lacked: a fully sealed drag. The Factor keeps the price low and the feature list thick with smooth stopping power for everyday fishing from small creeks to big Western tailwaters.DesignPorted For Weight Framed For Strength - The Factor balances airy hard-angled porting against a full circle of structural support so the reel stays light without going soft under load. A snag-free drag knob and a radiused reel foot keep leaders from catching mid-fight.
