April 2026 Update: The first production-representative Reactor Aero is currently being printed. Our production path is fully solidified: 3D-printed sub-assemblies by RAM3D in New Zealand shipped to our production facility in Johnstown NY where they are welded aligned and finished in-house. This hybrid approach leverages the design freedom of 3D printing while maintaining the tight control over quality and tolerances that No. 22 is known for. Concurrent with the frame we have finalized the fork molds for production and are completing testing on our bespoke titanium and carbon bar/stem combination.
