From Backcountry
The Explorer 5 Polarized Sunglasses take a pilot-inspired shape from Ray-Ban's '80s archives and soften it with rounded edges, landing somewhere between a traditional aviator and a fresh geometric silhouette. A metal frame with adjustable nose pads keeps the fit comfortable and lightweight, while polarized lenses add real function to a design that could have coasted on looks alone. The result reads as an evolution of a familiar shape, not a reissue of it. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I wore these on a bright drive with the sun low on the windshield, and the glare off the road just flattened out instead of forcing me to squint.
