From Twisted Throttle
The R&G Tank Traction Grips significantly improve control during spirited riding and cruising without sliding around. The pads are precision cut to both sides of the tank on the YZF-R6 and add almost no width using low profile soft synthetic rubber that is strong enough to support your weight without wearing out your gear. These confidence inspiring traction grips help you make the most of hard braking acceleration and leaning into corners while also promoting proper riding posture for more comfortable long distance cruising. Take the pressure off your hands wrists forearms and upper body by using the tank to support yourself.
