The R&G offset cotton reel swingarm spools for Yamaha YZF-R6 provide protection in the event of a fall or slide while also serving as a secure lifting point on the rear end. Hearty machined aluminum axle blocks replace the original equipment and position the protective bobbins so they are clear of the exhaust system throughout suspension travel. Robust swingarm spools are machined from impact absorbing and abrasion resistant High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Expensive components such as the swingarm rear axle rear brake chain and sprocket are spared from contacting the ground.
