The R&G fork protectors for BMW K1600GT provide essential protection for vulnerable front end components in the event of a fall or slide. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is the same abrasion resistant and impact absorbing material used in the successful frame sliders to prevent road rash and component wear through when sliding down the tarmac. These indispensable fork protectors are highly recommended for both street and track use and more than pay for themselves when you consider the cost of repairs or OEM replacement parts they defend. Installation is simple without modifications as the hollow front axle is utilized allowing a threaded rod to secure both bobbins in place.
