The R&G Aero Style Frame Sliders are designed to protect the frame of the GSX-S1000F from contacting the ground in the event of a tip over fall or slide. Impact absorbing and abrasion resistant High Density Polyethylene actually helps to slow the bike while keeping the frame off the ground to minimize damage. The hardware in this kit is de-embrittled so it will bend with the slider instead of snapping off and leaving the bike unguarded.
