Qorpak Green Thermoset Screw Caps Fluoropolymer Resin Liner Qorpak CAP-00061. Thermoset Caps are ideally suited for flameproofing and preserving sterilized solutions as they develop a protective vapor within the lab environment. They will not react with any compound containing a toxic gas or dye. The fluoropolymer resin liner will not react with any compound containing a toxic gas or dye. The mixture of two or more of each type of cap in a given batch will expand by volume at room temperature. After curing the caps turn from light green to clear indicating that the process of sealing has been completed.
