The Primus(R) OpenFire Pan lets you wok, fry, and grill delicious meals over an open fire. The unique three-layer sandwich construction uses a stainless steel top and bottom surrounding an aluminum core. The result is 35% less weight compared to steel and unsurpassed thermal conductivity. The easy-to-clean surface is scratch- and corrosion-resistant. The pan is formed with a slight depression in the center for deep-frying and the rounded edges allow for easier turning of pancakes, meat, potatoes and more. The 4 removable legs have a rectangular crosscut for a better grip when screwing them into the special lugs that won't clog with fat or soot.
