Petzl TIKKA(R) COREAlways Ready, Always Charged If you want a reliable headlamp that is ready to go whether you remembered to charge it or not, the TIKKA CORE delivers. It ships with a CORE rechargeable battery and charges via USB-C, but the HYBRID CONCEPT design means it also runs on three standard AAA batteries as a backup. The wide, uniform beam keeps close-range visibility comfortable for setting up camp, moving at night, or starting a predawn ride, and the red lighting mode lets you preserve night vision without blinding your partners. At 84 grams, it fits in a jersey pocket and disappears into a pack until you need it.
