What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I bring the Pelican Cooler Backpack whenever the hike ends at a lake or the day involves more than one setting. The dual compartment setup means my cold drinks stay separate from my dry gear, and the leak-resistant zipper on the cooler section means I'm not dealing with a wet back on the way out."Some days have too many stops to get away with just a cooler or just a daypack. The Pelican Cooler 18L Backpack handles both jobs at once, keeping cold drinks ready in the lower compartment while the upper section holds everything else the day demands — a dry layer, a towel, snacks, or whatever gets packed at the last minute.
