From GORUCK
There&';s no better way to kick off the summer than enjoying some ice cold refreshments with friends. It&';s even better if you&';re all tired and sweaty. So this month we are bringing back a summer favorite: the Cooler Ruck. Plan your route and bring a fully-loaded cooler with you filled to the brim with hydration (whatever that looks like to you). It needs to be a FULL SIZE cooler which will require a two-person carry. This means you&';re going to either need fresh bodies to switch out as you go or you&';re going to end up moving slowly. And yes we expect ALL empty space to be filled with ice.
