What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I have been wearing these on multipitch routes and long approach days, and the articulated pattern combined with darted knees makes high steps and stemming feel completely unrestricted. The fabric is impressively light without feeling fragile, and the lie-flat front pockets disappear completely under a harness."The approach is long, the rack is heavy, and the route has been on the list for months. The Patagonia RPS Rock Pants are built for exactly that kind of day, where every ounce counts and the pants need to perform from the first switchback to the final rappel without ever becoming a distraction.
