From Backcountry
Patagonia's Retro Pile Jacket keeps the same double-sided shearling fleece people have loved for years, refined this season with a cleaner overall fit through the body along with updated pockets, zippers, and trim. Flat-seam construction keeps things smooth against the skin, and elastic trim at the collar, cuffs, and hem locks in warmth once it's zipped up. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I like the roomier cut on this jacket, so there's still room to layer a flannel underneath on the coldest nights. The set-in sleeves hold their shape better under a pack strap, and that's what matters when I'm hauling wood back to the fire."
