The Patagonia R1 TechFace Hooded Fleece Jacket is the version of the R1 TechFace built for the moments when the standard collar isn't enough. The slim fit layers cleanly under a shell so the hood stays accessible when conditions shift, and the venting hand pockets let heat escape on the climb without unzipping the whole jacket. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"The hood is the reason I reach for this one over the standard R1 TechFace when the ridge gets windy. It adds coverage without adding bulk, and the stretch double weave still lets me move freely under a pack."
