What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"This is the shell I trust for legit alpine conditions. The GORE-TEX Pro ePE fabric holds up to everything—wind, sleet, scraping granite—and the cut gives me room to layer without bulk. The helmet-compatible hood is bomber, and I love how the features stay functional without feeling overbuilt. It’s technical without being excessive."When the objective is big and the conditions are bigger, we zip into the Pluma PRO Jacket. Built by Patagonia with alpine pursuits in mind, this burly shell uses a GORE-TEX Pro ePE 3-layer construction for absolute weatherproof protection and mountain-grade durability.
