What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I love these shorts for warm-weather hikes and multi-day trips. They’re incredibly soft, move easily with every step, and don’t hold onto odors after long days on trail. The fit stays put without feeling restrictive, which makes them easy to wear all day." When long miles and warm days are on the agenda, the Maipo 8in Short is the kind of layer we trust to stay comfortable from start to finish. Designed by Patagonia for movement and durability, these shorts feel more like a second skin than technical gear, letting us focus on the trail ahead instead of what we’re wearing.
