What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve recommended this to folks who want a warm layer without the puff of insulation. The crushed-pile fleece traps heat well, and the lining helps it slide over sweaters without grabbing. It’s great for dry winter days around town or at camp."We turn to the Lonesome Mesa Hooded Parka when the cold sets in and we want warmth that feels steady, soft, and uncomplicated. From frosty walks through town to slow evenings beside a campfire, the thick fleece builds heat quickly while the longer cut keeps the chill from settling in. Patagonia designed it for dry, cold-weather comfort with a familiar feel that’s easy to wear and easy to layer.
