From Backcountry
The Patagonia Durable Down Parka is built for the kind of daily use that wears out lighter down jackets at the cuffs, the hem, and anywhere a pack strap rides. The Ultra-PE ripstop shell pairs a solvent-free acrylic coating and PFAS-free DWR finish with genuine abrasion resistance, so the jacket holds its shape and finish through seasons of commutes, travel days, and trail approaches. The Pertex Quantum NetPlus lining, woven from postconsumer recycled fishing nets, adds a smooth interior that layers cleanly over midlayers without bunching. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I've put this parka through more than a few rough winters and it still looks like it has a few more in it.
