From Backcountry
Cold mornings have a way of testing our layering systems early, and the Capilene Thermal Weight Bottoms are where we start when warmth can’t be optional. The lofted grid fabric traps heat next to the skin while still breathing as the day shifts between motion and pause. Stretch through the fabric keeps movement easy, whether we’re hiking uphill, skiing laps, or spending long hours outdoors. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I use these on cold days when I’m moving in short bursts and then standing around. They hold heat close without feeling soggy once I start sweating, and they layer smoothly under ski pants or workwear."
