Park Tool HBH-3 Extendable Handlebar Holder Keep your bars in place when you're doing maintenance, brake bleeds, cable routing and more. The Park Tool Extendable Handlebar Holder features an aluminum alloy construction and has double-sided rubber clamps which are fully adjustable and can secure onto any round tube from 12mm-60mm. The Handlebar Holder can extend from 18" to 32" to fit all bike frame sizes and the clamps are able to rotate so you can get the perfect hold every time. Once you're done, the HBH-3 folds down to 17" for convenient storage.
