The HBH-2 is designed to hold the handlebars in place and prevent the front wheel from rotating when a bike is mounted in a repair stand. Installation is easy - simply set the HBH-2 on the bars and top tube and wrap the elastic band around the bicycle frame. Compatible with most bicycles. HBH-2 FEATURES - Fits handlebars up to 32 mm (1.25") - Fits top tubes up to 50 mm (2") - Width: 146 mm (5.75") - Length (from center of handlebars to top tube): 13.5"
