What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"This is one of the warmest ultralight layers I’ve ever used. It’s super packable, and the weather resistance holds up surprisingly well in windy conditions. I love it for cold belays, alpine starts, or stuffing into my pack just in case."When the forecast calls for fast-moving fronts and freezing temps, the SuperStrand XT Hooded Jacket is what we pack. Lightweight and breathable without compromising on warmth, this alpine-ready layer features VerticalX™ SuperStrand insulation mapped through the torso and arms, balancing heat retention and airflow for active pursuits.
