What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:“I use these when I need real dexterity but can’t afford to expose my hands to wind. They block gusts better than most lightweight gloves I’ve worn, and I can still handle zippers, skins, and poles without stopping to swap gloves.”Cold wind has a way of cutting through gloves that feel fine until we step onto an exposed ridge or start a long skin track. The Stormtracker Sensor Windbloc Glove from Outdoor Research is built for those in-between conditions where insulation isn’t the answer, but bare hands aren’t an option either. We rely on them for moving uphill, managing gear, and staying protected when the wind never really lets up.
