What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I keep the Seattle Rain Cap clipped to my pack for shoulder-season forecasts. The GORE-TEX 3L really is stormproof, but it still breathes when I’m hustling to the bus or hiking in a drizzle. The 3-inch brim sheds water off my glasses, the TransAction sweatband doesn’t get clammy, and the strapback fits clean under a hood. It’s a small piece of kit that makes a big difference on wet days."When the sky opens up, the Outdoor Research Seattle Rain Cap turns a downpour into no big deal.
