What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I used this hat in the super buggy, super sunny alpine, and it handled both like a champ. The ventilation is great, and the Insect Shield kept me protected without having to constantly reapply spray."For humid hikes, swampy trails, and mosquito-rich campsites, we count on the Insect Shield Bucket Hat to keep us cool and protected. It’s built from lightweight, breathable nylon with UPF 50+ protection and treated with Insect Shield technology for long-lasting bug repellency—no sprays, no mess.
