What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I wore this on an exposed ridge line during a storm that rolled in faster than forecast, and the waterproof overlays at the shoulders kept the 800 fill down dry and doing its job. The brushed tricot hand pockets were a nice touch for warming up numb fingers between pitches."Weather in the alpine turns fast, one minute clear skies, the next a wall of wind and sleet, and the Helium XT Down Hoodie is built for exactly that kind of shift. The 800 fill power down brings serious warmth without the bulk, while waterproof overlay panels at the hood, shoulder, and upper sleeve stand guard right where storms hit hardest.
