What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "This is my go-to shell for wet-weather hikes and summer thunderstorms. The full-length side zips are a lifesaver for venting heat, and the fit is versatile enough for layering without feeling bulky."The Outdoor Research Foray 3L Jacket is built for serious weather protection without weighing us down. Its AscentShell Dry 3-layer membrane teams up with a Nikwax DWR finish to keep heavy rain and wind at bay while maintaining breathability when we’re moving hard. On steep climbs, the TorsoFlo side zips open from hem to bicep to release heat or even convert into poncho mode to shield our pack.
