What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: “The Stratos 44 is my go-to for overnight trips and big day hikes. The AirSpeed suspension keeps air flowing so I never overheat, and I love that it fits like a custom pack with all the adjustment points. It’s built tough but carries like a dream, even with a full load.” For hikers who like to go the distance, the Osprey Stratos 44L Backpack delivers a balance of durability, ventilation, and trail-tested comfort that keeps us moving with confidence. Its AirSpeed™ suspension system combines a 3D-tensioned mesh backpanel and injection-molded frame to create a breathable, supportive carry that feels lighter mile after mile.
