What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I ran the Osprey Soelden 32L Backpack on a full alpine day with a technical approach, multiple skin transitions, and a long descent in variable snow, and it held up to every demand without becoming a distraction. The LightWire frame keeps the load sitting close and stable on steep skinning terrain, and the front avalanche safety pocket gave me instant access to my kit right when I needed it most."A mid-volume technical ski pack needs to do two things well: stay out of your way on the ascent and hold its position on the descent.
