What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve fished Recon salt rods in everything from heavy surf wind to tight mangrove tunnels, and they handle those extremes better than most mid-weight salt sticks. The recovery speed is quick, which keeps my loops stable when conditions get messy. It’s a rod I trust when I need accuracy under pressure and durability for long days around sand and salt."When we step onto a flat with big sky overhead and moving water pushing across the sand, we want a rod that’s ready for unpredictable wind, long shots, and quick direction changes.
