What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve fished Recon rods on everything from tight mountain creeks to wide freestones, and what stands out is how consistently they load. The tracking feels dialed, even in wind, and the lifting power is impressive for a rod in this weight class. It’s the one I throw in the truck when I want a single setup that can adapt to whatever water I find."When we’re chasing new water—whether it’s a quiet bend off a dirt road or a broad river revealed after a long hike—we want a rod that’s ready for the unknown.
