When your fishing calendar spans everything from small-stream mornings plunge pools to saltwater flats and atolls the Orvis Recon family steps in as the do-it-all workhorse. Built with construction techniques inspired by Orvis&&';;s flagship Helios series the Recon delivers high-end performance in a package that&&';;s meant to be fished hard packed away wet and trusted wherever the next trip take you. Whether you&&';;re threading dries into tight pockets launching streamers across a windy river or slipping baitfish patterns under mangroves the Recon brings a rare balance of durability power and refined casting feel.
