From Backcountry
The Ortovox Venet Softshell Vest lines a wind- and water-resistant MERINO AIRSOLATION shell with fine merino wool against the skin, delivering real climate comfort without adding weight. The lightweight, breathable, two-way stretch construction stays elastic enough for strenuous climbs, while a bonded front waist and elastic back insert keep the fit close without restricting movement. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I expected the merino lining to feel like a nice idea that doesn't change much in practice, but it actually regulates temperature better than the all-synthetic vest I wore before. I stay dry longer into a hard climb before I notice I'm working."
