What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "These gloves are bomber. I’ve used them on storm days and big freeride lines—they stay dry, block wind, and keep my hands warm without overheating. The grip is awesome, even on wet poles, and I love the wool insulation." When deep powder and cold conditions call, we count on the Ortovox Merino Freeride Glove to keep our hands protected and focused. Designed for demanding freeride terrain, these gloves combine tough, weatherproof materials with the comfort and performance of natural merino wool. The goatskin leather palm gives us a reliable grip even when wet, while the two-layer shell and Sympatex membrane block out wind and moisture.
