From Backcountry
The Ortovox Fleece Grid Hoodie offers lightweight warmth and breathability from the trailhead to the summit, keeping us comfortable in quickly changing conditions. The lightweight fleece places soft Merino wool against our skin for optimal moisture-wicking and quick-drying performance so we stay dry and warm during high-intensity endeavors. Durable nylon is woven into the jacket to handle rugged climbing routes, and stretch fabric allows us to move freely as the terrain gets steep and technical. The under-helmet hood blocks out frigid wind while we climb, and the double-layer fabric in the chest provides extra protection from icy blasts on exposed ridgelines.
