From Colorado Cyclist

The Handlebar-Pack Flex stands out with its innovative Bar-Lock mounting system, offering simple yet secure attachment to your bike. Its robust design, featuring an internal plastic stiffener and additional head tube fixation, ensures the bag stays firmly in place, even on rough terrain. Dual roll-top closures on both ends provide quick and easy access to your gear. External compression straps and integrated hooks allow you to attach extra equipment or expand storage with an accessory pack. Additional drawstrings offer even more options for securing your items.
