OneUp Components EDC Threaded Top Cap Description: The OneUp Components EDC Threaded Top Cap is designed to turn the unused space inside of a forks steerer tube into a space that is available to carry multi-tools and tire repair tools. The lightweight aluminum top cap will replace a traditional top cap, bolt, and star nut, which both reduces weight and makes it very easy to adjust the headset bearing preload by using a cassette lockring tool. Once the top cap is installed, many variations of the EDC system can be inserted into the forks steerer tube, depending on how much space is available and what you want to be able to fix in an emergency.
