What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"At 46 grams this thing practically disappears on my head, which is exactly what I want during a tempo run. The laser perforations keep air moving and the sweatband quietly does its job so I stay dialed in on pace instead of adjusting my hat every mile."Some gear earns its place by staying invisible, and the On Performance Cap is exactly that kind of piece. Weighing in at just 46 grams, it sits on our head without reminder, the medium brim cutting glare while laser perforations pull heat away from the crown so we never feel like we are running with a lid on.
