What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I wore these on a three day trip with a loaded pack, and the deep heel cup kept my foot locked in even on the rocky descents. My feet run wide, and the extra room meant no hot spots by day three."Multi day trips ask a lot of a boot, and the Sawtooth X Mid Boot from Oboz answers without complaint. We load up a pack, point toward a distant ridge, and let the wide fit settle in around feet that need the extra room, no break in drama required. Whether it's a short afternoon loop or three days deep into the backcountry, this boot moves the same way, steady and unbothered by mileage. Underneath that comfort sits real trail hardware.
