From Backcountry

For the perfect mix of insulation, wind protection, and breathability on the skintrack, we pull on the Norrona More Octa Zip Hooded Jacket. Built with a body-mapped construction that dulls frigid temps and icy winds in vulnerable areas with synthetic insulation and increases airflow and mobility in high-heat areas with stretchy fleece fabric, this midlayer keeps us feeling just right on the climb. As the terrain steepens, we open the front's two-way zip to boost airflow, and when winds pick up, we pull the hood over our head.
