The Norrona Lofoten Down800 Anorak may be made for freeride skiers, but this highly packable pullover works well as a lightweight layering piece for our other cold weather pursuits, too. The responsibly sourced 800 fill power down impresses us with one of the best warmth-to-weight ratios on the market, letting the Lofoten pack down small yet pack quite a punch when we need more insulation for our mountain adventures. The technical fit (Norrona's second tightest) traps warm air tight against our body and slips easily under a shell if we need to add waterproof and windproof protection to our layering system.
