This flat tarp can be set up in a variety of pitch configurations adapting to weather and group size for sleeping and even serve as a hangout place for cooking in the rain. What sets the NFT apart is the subtle catenary curves around the long edges making for a taut pitch in the A-frame configuration unlike straight edge tarps. However the SlingFin team didn&';t add a catenary cut to the ridgeline seam so your pitching configurations wouldn&';t be limited to just an A-frame.
