From Art 'N Glow
This phosphorescent pigment is white during the day and glows a bright blue color in the dark. If you are looking for a brilliant pure blue glow color your search is over. This color is just below aqua in terms of brightness and glow duration but is the closest to a true blue that you can get. Our fluorescent blue emits a very similar blue to this one but as it is dyed with fluorescent powder it does not glow quite as brightly. All of the glow powders sold by Art &';N Glow are encapsulated which means that they can be used in both solvent and water based mediums.
