Constructed with a thin inner layer micro fleece. 100% polyester material with a 4-way elastic stretch outer layer fabric. Adhesive 3.25 X 4 shoulder arm panels for callsign and morale patches. Integrated wind flap with a 2-way heavy duty front zipper. Straight frame design collar for extra comfort. Zippered (removable) hood cover and waist band created with an adjustable draw cord. Mid-level outer slant pockets w/ silicon headphone passage. Internal zippered pockets with zipper closure. Forearm bottoms and elastic wrist cuffs are reinforced w/ hook and loop adjustment straps.
