What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I used this on a few alpine bivy nights where wind and frost were constant, and the shell handled moisture really well. The dual zippers are surprisingly useful when you're stuck in the bag but still need to cook or organize gear."High alpine nights often arrive with cold wind, frost, and exposed camps. Mountain Hardwear built the Specter 15 Sleeping Bag to handle those demanding environments, giving us dependable warmth and weather resistance for big climbs, remote bivies, and cold backcountry camps. An ultralight Pertex Quantum Pro Diamond Fuse shell provides durable weather resistance that sheds moisture while maintaining excellent compressibility.
