From Backcountry
The Olympus Merino Long-Sleeve Base Layer handles both swings of a ski day in one layer. Sweat builds on the traverse and the chill hits on the lift, and the merino blend carries plenty of warmth for its weight, so this slim merino base layer fits under a shell without bulk. Underarm mesh panels vent heat where it builds during hard effort, and thumb loops hold the sleeves in place under gloves and jackets. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:“I skied a full day with a hot climb at the end, and this layer was dry before I got back to the lodge. The merino dries fast and holds odor down, so I wore it again the next morning and stayed warm from the first lift.”
