What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I’ve used this on long mountaineering days where you’re constantly adjusting layers. It breathes better than most softshells, moves naturally with a harness on, and stays comfortable when the pace picks up."When we’re moving quickly through the mountains, we need a layer that keeps up without overheating or holding us back. The KAMET XCS LIGHT HOODIE from Millet is built for technical terrain and sustained effort, offering dependable protection while staying light and flexible enough for climbing, scrambling, and long approaches. It’s the kind of softshell we trust when conditions are variable and efficiency matters.
